This year has been going on rather quickly, and now I'm finding myself in the thick of fall. The leaves have changed in the mountains. They are now changing in the valley. It's been a rather pleasant opportunity to walk around town as well as other places and watch things change. It is truly a magical time of the year. I love watching the progress of things, almost have a bit of an obsession about it.
This summer was a hot one, so I was absolutely excited to have the temperatures go down. I'm perfectly content now with the weather, though I'm about ready for another rain storm. It's been a wonderful time to enjoy going outdoors and walk around. I've been able to watch many beautiful sunsets on my walks. Totally worth it, and now my city, who follows me on Twitter, is a fan of the spontaneous nature photos I take on my walks.
Life in general has been wonderful. I went through another birthday, but certainly did my best not to let another number get me down. Turns out I did all my dreading beforehand so on the actual day it was quite enjoyable. Here's to another great year!
